Crystal Clackett graduated from the Quinte Ballet School of Canada’s full-time professional program in 2008, before continuing her studies in the post-graduate program, and The Academy of Ballet and Jazz, School of Canadian Ballet Theatre in Toronto. In addition to her full-time training, Crystal also attended The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, The Alberta Ballet School,
The Canadian School of Ballet in Kelowna, and The Quinte Ballet School of Canada during her many summers of study. In 2009, Crystal was the Vancliffen Arts Foundation scholarship recipient, awarded in Bergamo, Italy, after competing in the Classical and Contemporary Semi-Professional Division of the Vancliffen International Ballet Competition. Shortly after, Crystal returned to Bergamo, Italy where she performed with Pavlova International Ballet Company -
performance highlights include: Corsair (IX Grand Gala Bergamo); La Gioconda – Dance of the Hours; Don Gaetano (Bergamo Musica Opera Ensemble); Cosi Fan Tutte, and Il Barbiere Di Siviglia (Associazone Amici Della Lirica); and Four Seasons, contemporary choreography by Luca Rapis which was aired on television. Crystal also performed with the Toronto International Ballet Theatre as a soloist and corps dancer in their The Nutcracker.
A well respected and sought after teacher and choreographer; Crystal has been teaching Tap, Contemporary, Jazz and Ballet in the London and surrounding area for the past decade. She is very excited to be returning to Dancing with The Stars of 911 again this season!!
